Welcome to Shimlavaasi. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your tour with us. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms, which ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all travelers.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with an initial deposit. The balance must be paid before the tour departure date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of booking. Full payment for peak season bookings (such as Christmas or New Year) is usually required at the time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges are applicable based on the notice period and are outlined at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made less than 15 days prior will incur a significant charge, and no refund is provided for cancellations within 48 hours of departure. Refunds are processed as per the airline, hotel, or service provider’s policies.

Responsibility & Liability

Shimlavaasi acts as a tour operator arranging transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing. We are not responsible for unforeseen events like natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or accidents. It is advisable to have travel insurance covering personal injury, baggage loss, and trip cancellation.

Travel Documents

All travelers must carry valid passports, visas, and travel documents. For international trips, it is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance with immigration laws. We recommend confirming document validity, including vaccinations, well before travel.

Behavior & Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any conduct deemed disruptive or dangerous may result in termination of the trip, with no refund. Travelers are liable for their own personal expenses and damages caused to hotel or transportation property.

Special Requests & Health Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking to ensure suitable arrangements. We reserve the right to refuse participation if health or safety concerns arise.

Amendments & Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. Such modifications are at the discretion of the tour operator for safety and comfort reasons, and all efforts will be made to inform travelers promptly.
